Poria, Chinese Yam & Coix Seed Soup

Soup Instructions:

1. Rinse the ingredients in the soup packet with clean water.

2. Rinse 500g of your own meat.

3. Blanch the meat in cold water. Bring to a boil and set aside.

4. Place the soup and meat in a pot. Add at least 2 litres of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 50 minutes.

5. Season with salt before serving.

Tea Instructions:

1. Rinse the ingredients.

2. Place it in a health pot, add water and boil for 50 minutes.

3. Add rock sugar to taste and serve as a tea substitute.
